We have developed the Classic Box especially for the BULLITT to make modern everyday life with the cargo bike flexible, comfortable and safe.
Whether for professional commercial use or private use, the Classic Box is available in five different sizes and offers a wide range of possible uses.
The new Classic Box is equipped with an electromechanical lock.
It can be opened quickly and easily using an RFID chip.
The necessary power supply is provided by the e-bike battery.
The electromechanical lock with RFID system offers the following additional advantages:
- Saves time when opening the box (helpful for frequent opening cycles – keys no longer need to be inserted and the box can be opened when dismounting).
- Greater functional safety thanks to a two-stage locking mechanism (the lid cannot open accidentally while driving)
- Completely waterproof (no keyhole, which allows water to penetrate)
- Digital key management (helpful in the event of key loss or to store additional keys)
Notes: The Classic Box is currently only compatible with the current E-BULLITT models EP8 and E6100 with Shimano STEPS drive system. If you have the older E-BULLITT model E8000, you can use the new Classic Box without any problems using an adapter. This adapter is supplied by us free of charge. If you have the older E-BULLITT model E6000, it depends on which model no. your drive unit has exactly. The model no. DU E6002 and DU E6012 can also use the new Classic Box with an adapter. This adapter is also supplied by us free of charge. The exact model no. of the drive unit of your E-BULLITT can be found on the underside of the motor.
