Delivery times are usually around 7 to 14 working days, depending on the product.

Shipping costs and shipping methods

Individual orders for our products, such as the Classic Box, the EVO Box or the bike trailer for your cargo bike, are usually sent via DHL Parcel. We ship our products within Germany and to the following countries:
the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain (excluding the islands), Sweden, Denmark and Austria.
Shipping to Switzerland:
Customers in Switzerland can use external service providers such as meineinkauf.ch or similar providers for delivery. These services usually provide a German delivery address and a dedicated email address (e.g. max.muster@meineinkauf.ch) for order processing. The use of such services is at the customer’s own risk. Any additional costs (e.g. for customs clearance, onward transport or service charges) are solely a matter between the customer and the respective service provider. We accept no liability for services, delays or problems in connection with these third-party providers.

The delivery costs for e.g. Classic Boxes and EVO Boxes within Germany (excluding islands) are €99 incl. 19% VAT.

Note for customers from abroad:
The prices in our shop are gross prices for Germany, i.e. they include German VAT, which is currently 19%. For customers from abroad where a different VAT rate applies – e.g. 20% in Austria – the gross price will change accordingly.

Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your order free of delivery charges from our premises in Gelsenkirchen, Daimlerstr. 4.

Payment options

For the time being, we only offer advance bank transfer as a payment method in our online store. Other payment methods will follow.

Please do NOT make a bank transfer after placing your order in the online store . You will receive an invoice and information on the delivery time of your order by separate e-mail shortly after placing your order .

Depending on the delivery time, we will either ask you to pay the invoice amount in full by bank transfer in advance or to make a down payment on the order total.

Please make sure to include your order number in the reference field of the bank transfer so that we can quickly allocate the payment to your order and complete the shipment. You will find the order number in the confirmation email for your order.
