Einzelbestellungen unserer Produkte wie die Classic Box, die EVO Box oder den Bike Trailer für Ihr Cargobike werden in der Regel per DHL Paket versendet. Wir versenden unsere Produkte innerhalb von Deutschland sowie in folgende Länder: Niederlande, Belgien, Frankreich, Spanien (ohne Inseln), Schweden, Dänemark und Österreich. Wenn ein Versand in andere Länder gewünscht wird, bitte bei uns nachfragen.
Die Transportkosten für z.B. Classic Boxen und EVO Boxen betragen innerhalb von Deutschland (ohne Inseln) € 99 inkl. 19% MwSt.
Hinweis für Kunden aus dem Ausland:
Unsere Preise im Shop sind Bruttopreise für Deutschland, d.h. sie beinhalten die deutsche MwSt. von aktuell 19%. Für Kunden aus dem Ausland, wo eine andere Mehrwertsteuer gültig ist – z.B. 20% in Österreich – ändert sich der Bruttopreis entsprechend.
Alternativ können Sie Ihre Bestellung auch gerne versandkostenfrei bei uns in Gelsenkirchen, Daimlerstr. 4 abholen.
Payment options
For the time being, we only offer advance bank transfer as a payment method in our online store. Other payment methods will follow.
Please do NOT make a bank transfer after placing your order in the online store . You will receive an invoice and information on the delivery time of your order by separate e-mail shortly after placing your order .
Depending on the delivery time, we will either ask you to pay the invoice amount in full by bank transfer in advance or to make a down payment on the order total.
Please make sure to include your order number in the reference field of the bank transfer so that we can quickly allocate the payment to your order and complete the shipment. You will find the order number in the confirmation email for your order.
