You ordered by prepayment/bank transfer and transferred the money yesterday. When will you receive your delivery?
Please note that your bank transfer can take up to 4 days before we receive it. Once we have received your bank transfer, we will usually dispatch your ordered items within 10 working days. If this is not possible, we will of course inform you immediately.
Please make sure to include your order number in the purpose of the bank transfer so that we can correctly allocate the payment to your order and complete the shipment.
You will find the order number in the confirmation e-mail for your order!
